What this website collects
This site is a static website. It does not run advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which means those providers receive your IP address and browser user-agent as part of serving the font files. Your web host also records standard server request logs.
The contact form
If you complete the deduction audit request form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, company, work email, the retailers you select, the revenue and deduction ranges you choose, and your message. We use that information for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. It is retained for as long as we have an active or reasonably prospective business relationship with you, and we will delete it on request.
Client data during an engagement
Deduction, remittance, invoice and retailer data supplied during an engagement is handled under the written confidentiality terms of that engagement, is accessible only to the people staffed on your account, and is used only to perform the work you have asked us to perform.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page or via LinkedIn. You can also block third-party font loading in your browser without affecting the readability of this site.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be posted here.
